The 30th January is going to be a very special day for many software and hardwrae vendors. the imminent release of the retail version of Microsoft Windows Vista will be released. With all the speculation surrounding it, we looked at the actual ahrdware requirement that you will need to run it.

Lets start with the basic PC; you’ll need 40GB (yes thats GB!!) of hard drive space for the operating system and a further 1GB (yes again GB!!) of RAM to run the thing……What’s that you say? You can’t see any of those new interface graphics and flying windows?? Nope well thats probably because your not running a graphics card debveloped by NASA and covered in jewels!!! Ok so this is a little pessimistic, but beware that this OS is very PC hardware intensive. Give your local PC place a call and see what they reccomend.
